Refunds and Exchanges Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is extremely important to enter all shipping address details accurately at the time of purchase. Shipping services may return, delay, or cancel delivery due to missing or incorrect address information without the possibility of refunding the shipping cost, and the RECIPIENT will need to cover the cost of a new shipment.
If you have any questions or wish to add any information to your shipping address, please contact Freaky Store’s Customer Service in the next 72 hours of your order placement at: freakystoreus@gmail.com with the subject line "Address Update".
EXCHANGES
Freaky Store considers a purchase complete once the tracking number has been sent via email. After this point, delivery and package reception become the responsibility of the customer and the shipping carrier.
Freaky Store takes full responsibility for the manufacturing quality of the product but is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or handling by the courier service.
Freaky Store will only exchange items if there is a manufacturing defect, such as:

Wrong product/Size: If you ordered a specific size and received a different one (as shown on the tags).

Mismatched pieces: If the sleeves or cuffs in your order do not match, have noticeable size differences, or the item is not symmetrical as advertised.

Gaps/Holes: If there are loose stitches, improperly closed seams, or holes in the fabric not caused by shipping.

Faded designs: If the print looks faded, incomplete, or poorly transferred, as if the fabric moved during the printing process.
Freaky Store works hard to offer high quality products and we do multiple Quality Controls on our garments, however if any of this is applied to you, send your evidence to freakystoreus@gmail.com with the Subject "Exchange or Refund"; we’ll examine your case and submit it to survey to decide what resolution applies best.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request a cancellation after the specified shipping period has passed. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used and may take 48 to 72 hours to reflect.
