We are the Freaky Store US, the official sister store of Freaky Store Mx. Here we provide international shipping with the same quality as always!

  • Do you guys have a physical store?

No, currently we are working just as an e-commerce where you can make orders on-line.

  • What materials do you use?

We use the best quality polyester fabrics we can gather. This makes up for the most part of our products, still, in some of our garments use different fabrics to give a wider range of textures and shapes such as flannel, taffeta, satin or spandex.

Along with it the fabrics we use top notch inks, printers and irons to ensure that once printed; vibrant colors and long-lasting designs in our products are ensured.

  • What is the sizing of your clothes?

Since we are manufactures, we make all our clothes from scratch, so we have our own sizing method. Our sizing charts are endorsed in our Size Guide Page

If you’re looking forward to get one of our products but you’re unsure of which size you should get, we recommend checking that out, as the charts have the average measurements in store.

  • Prices include shipping?

Yes! Our prices are ranged considering all the shipping and handling that might be involved on our deliveries.

  • What are your paying methods?

All major forms of payment are accepted including Credit Card and Debit Card. We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, American Express, Master Card, Diners Club, Discover Network and Bank Transfers

  • Why providing my personal data?

When you submit your information, we handle it with care.

We use that info to know who our packages are delivered to and where are they meant to arrive. We ask to provide a phone number, that helps us and the delivery companies with any inconveniences that may occur.

Likewise, all data submitted must be checked thoroughly by the client, given that Freaky Store US is not responsible for any wrong, uncompleted and/or misspelled names or addresses. If you wish to add or change any information to your shipping address, please contact Freaky Store’s Customer Service in the next 72 hours of placing your order at: freakystoreus@gmail.com with the subject line "Address Update".

  • How long does it take my order to arrive?

After you place your order, we will start working on it and try keep you updated with it as much as possible.

Our manufacturing process takes up to 15-21 business days (Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday ARE NOT BUSINESS DAYS); after that shipping process could take up to 10-12 business days to deliver.

We are currently working to make this waiting time shorter to offer you the best service!

*Larger orders may take few more days We only ship products within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) at this time. 

  • What’s the policy on refunds/exchanges?

We offer refunds and exchanges on products that may have factory defaults. This could be:

  • Wrong product/Size

  • Mismatched pieces

  • Gaps/Holes

  • Faded designs

Freaky Store works hard to offer high quality products, however if any of this is applied to you, send your evidence to freakystoreus@gmail.com with the Subject "Exchange or Refund"; we’ll examine your case and submit it to survey to decide what resolution applies best.
Customers may request a cancellation after the specified shipping period has passed. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team via email: freakystoreus@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation" / "Refund".
